Start a Support Chat

At the bottom right of any page on your Vizible Dashboard, you'll see a blue button that will open up a support window. If it's during our work hours (9AM-5PM PST), you'll be able to start an instant text chat with someone from the WorldViz team.

You can also access the Support Chat window from Vizible Presentation Designer, Vizible Presenter, and Vizible Attendee. Here's how to access Support Chat right within Presentation Designer:
