Information you give us. When you sign up for Vizible, we will ask you for contact and payment information. This includes your name, email address, postal address, and credit card details. Vizible is a cloud based service, and all of your Vizible data (such as scenes and assets) is stored securely on our cloud servers.
Activity. We keep track of the usage of our services. This includes gathering metrics on what features are used, your IP address, browser type, operating system, time and date of access, and what pages you visited when you came to or left our site.
Customer service. We use your contact information to get in touch with you, or to provide you product support.
New products and services. We may contact you to let you know about new products and services that we think you will like.
Personalization. Vizible uses your site preferences and activity information to personalize your experience.
Maintenance and improvements. In order to keep our service running and make it better, we use data to make decisions about what features we can improve and we can add for the benefit of our customers. We also use this data to help improve the performance of our service.
Security. The privacy and security of our users is very important to us. We monitor system activity to look for suspicious behavior.
Service providers. We share your information with other companies that provide business services to us, such as our live chat, feedback form, and payment processing.

Access. If you would like to obtain a copy of your personal data please submit a request using our feedback form.
Removal. We value your privacy. If you would like us to delete your personal information from our service, please submit a request via our feedback form. Please note that we are obligated to maintain some copies of your personal information for tax or security reasons, or as required by applicable law.
Opting-out. You may choose to stop receiving non-essential email from Vizible at any time, either by using the opt-out features built into the site, or contacting us directly.
Personal data. We will keep copies of your personal as long as you have a Vizible account. If you close your account or request that your data be removed, we will also keep copies of this data as long as necessary for billing, tax, security, and legal purposes.
Customer Data. We regularly perform backups of our customer data. Even if you delete data from your Vizible service, we may retain it for a time to protect against service failure. Our backups are limited to access by employees with special access rights.
Tracking data. Information about how you use our services may be maintained for up to 26 months.
Global access. Vizible provides access to users all over the world. Unless you are using a high security account, your data may be copied to other countries. This allows our users to login and use the service from anywhere with maximum performance.
